Honors can train your staff on routine cleaning, restroom, shower, and locker room cleaning, carpet care, hard floor care, gym floor care, food service procedures, summer cleaning procedures, and product safety. It standardizes cleaning procedures in your school or university, lowering labor costs and giving staff more time to dedicate to other facility needs. Standard cleaning procedures make cleaning and maintenance procedures easy for staff, reducing the impact of turnover and ensuring daily maintenance needs are met.
Honors presents easy to follow procedures that are researched and proven to increase efficiency. Most importantly, Honors is interactive. It’s more than a training manual. You can view training videos by segment. Each video has corresponding PowerPoints presentations, training manuals, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), product literature, and wall charts where applicable.
After viewing videos, staff members can gauge their knowledge with tests on each video segment. Supervisors can see how much information their staff members have retained by viewing reports of their test scores.
Honors also offers maintenance surveys that are broken up into segments for the grounds, office areas, hallways and floors, classrooms, restrooms, gymnasiums and locker rooms, cafeteria, custodial closets, boiler rooms, auditorium, and library of your school. Inspectors can rate specific maintenance needs for each survey segment, leave comments, and upload images to illustrate their concerns.
