Buckeye strictly promotes from within creating a need for quality-trained employees. Starting as a Field Sales Representative you learn the business from the ground up. After completing anywhere from 24-36 months as a Field Sales Representative you may be eligible for promotion to the Buckeye Manufacturer Sales Representative position. This is a position of leadership working with our independent distribution network and corporate owned centers. Other opportunities exist above the Buckeye International Representative position, that include National Accounts Representative, Training & Recruiting Manager, Field Sales Manager, Cleaning Center General Manager, Marketing, and Branch Manager.
